We are pleased to confirm that Pete Glackin has been appointed as our Player Pathway & Coaching Structure Lead!
Luke Donnelly, Guild Chairman says: “We are excited about the appointment of Glacks and to secure the services of someone with so much experience in the game. It is a sign of intent and ambitions of the Club to build the profile of the club and provide a clear pathway for players of all ages to the higher levels of the game. It’s an exciting time for the club, securing our new ground and facilities and all the opportunities this offers as we continue to grow.“
Glackin brings a wealth of experience and insight to this role, having made significant contributions to player development and high-performance coaching at various levels of the game. His expertise will be instrumental in strengthening our player pathways and evolving our coaching structures for the future at Trinity Guild RFC.
A fully qualified RFU Level 4 coach who currently holds established roles as Head of Rugby and Academies Manager at Coventry College, who have recently partnered with Leicester Tigers Academy and current Head Coach of Birmingham Moseley Rugby Club, competing in the RFU National League 1.
Having previously coached at clubs such as Coventry Rugby and Birmingham & Solihull RFC, along with previous additional roles including England Counties Senior Assistant Coach.
